Wire Profiles A new set of commands has been added to the Evo Workflow Solids product to facilitate in the construction of 2 and 4 axis wireframe profile cuts. This feature allows you to quickly and easily construct wire profiles for both the top and bottom cut surfaces and provide the requisite blending between them.
 3D Wireframe Design A full set of tools for the construction of wireframe geometry is provided allowing you to create and modify 3D wireframe.
2 and 4 Axis Wire EDM Cycles  Both 2 axis and 4 axis Wire EDM capabilities is available utilizing the PEPS wire engine. Full support for nearly all industry standard machines and cycles is provided by this best in class product.

 Comprehensive Machine and Postprocessor Database  SURFCAM provides support for a wide range of industry standard Wire EDM machines and allows modification of the base functions for storage in local machine templates. This allows the user to walk through a step-by-step process to modify their own post processor by answering a series of questions about their machine configuration. This configuration information is added to a base template that defines the core machine functionality along with a set of fundamental graphics for base machine types. A wide variety of templates are provided.
Productivity Toolbox  Toolkit Assistant and Job Manager are both tools for working with ‘jobs’. Toolkit Assistant provides all the facilities for working with the job, including adding and removing tools. Job Manager provides more limited functionality, allowing you to create, edit and delete jobs. In general, a job is a collection of data related to producing a part, including: Material, the SURFCAM Evo Part file, the referenced .NC files and a selection of tools.
 Job Manager The Job Manager provides the ability to create, edit and delete jobs from a web based application. All current Job Data is available on a widespread basis and is platform independent.
 Tool Store  The tooling utilities provide an environment for storing and using tooling related data, for example on individual tools, on materials and on inserts. (All this information can be collected together into a ‘job’, perhaps relating to a specific part). A tool’s data is used by when you select the tool in the manufacturing environment. For example the diameter might be used to calculate the roughing toolpath. With a material also specified, speed and feed data for the tool/material combination can be retrieved.
